The Top of the Hilton Restaurant is a classic Seattle landmark featuring the city's most beautiful view. Chef Jonah McKay has created the menu to reflect his eclectic style, which utilizes traditional preparations to create unique, balanced, modern dishes to please a variety of palettes. We recommend you begin with the Smoked Salmon Sampler, then try our seafood chowder, and for you main course, the Seared Sea Scallops. For dessert, the Chocolate Lava Cake is the most popular.The wine list features several Northwest wines, including Lost River Winery from Mazama in Okanogan County, WA. The Top of the Hilton is adjacent to the 5the Ave Theatre by way of the concourse. Theatre goers, as well as all of our dining patrons, are able to park in the nine floor parking garage and will receive a three hour validation when dining.
