From Dream to RealityThe history of Los Cucos Cafe is an inspiring story of perseverance and success. It's a story of two brothers, Manuel and Sergio Cabrera that came to Houston, Texas in search of the "American Dream." Their dream became reality thru much hard work, dedication, and determination. By setting goals for success, and providing the best quality in food and service possible to each and every customer since 1991, they have succeeded in turning their dreams to reality.The road to the Cabrera brothers' success was paved by their hard work and determination. Along the way the two brothers labored long hours, seven days a week. They scrubbed floors, washed dishes, and prepared food, at times doing all three tasks at once. The dream in their hearts motivated them to keep going and to save enough money to open a small restaurant, which has grown to over a dozen separate locations today.
