After a brief hiatus, Eddie Chan has returned with a brand new Asian Bistro that, believe it or not, has gone "Further East" (actually north - the corner of Thompson Peak and Hayden) and is even better than all of his ever so popular Chinese restaurants in the 80's and 90's!
