Pucca is a young girl who obsesses over the one true love in her life--a ninja student named Garu. This anime series follows Pucca as she lives out dual lives as the sweet natured daughter of a Chinese restaurant owner and as a lovelorn superhero who uses her incredible powers in an attempt to snag Garu.
